As moms, we’ll do anything it takes to get our kids to really eat healthy food in school so we place so much thought into preparing and packing their lunches and snacks. We go all the way to make everything appealing to our children, from plating and presentation to containers and lunch box designs. I don’t know about you, but I’ll seize the opportunity to pack the healthiest foods I could ever prepare for my kids, including (and especially) their least favourite ones.
