June 14 is International Bath Day, and what better way to celebrate than to fill up a lovely bath for your children. My kids love to take baths, and I love it as well. They are contained in 1 spot, and they get clean at the same time. It is always so much fun to see my kids pretend and explore new things while they are taking a bath. Simple toys like cups can turn into anything they imagine.
This year my kids get a special treat to celebrate International Bath Day, they get to check out a new toy by Yookidoo, the Flow ‘N’ Fill Spout, this is one of their best-selling bath toys. It is a battery operated bath spout that can be attached to your bathtub wall and it will draw water from the tub to create an endless stream of water for your child to play with.
The Flow ‘N’ Fill Spout also comes with 3 interchangeable bath cups, each one does something different to make bath time more fun for your child. The green cup has holes in the bottom to create a shower with the water from the spout.
The blue cup has a propeller that the water will cause to spin. Simply press the large button, the goggles, on the spout to activate the water. The spout is easily moveable, as well as the arm that holds the cups.
The third cup, peek-a-boo tumbler, features a hidden friend who will float to the surface when filled with water.
The Flow ‘N’ Fill Spout from Yookidoo is such a great toy. It is recommended for kid’s ages 9-36 months, but all 4 of my kids, 7 years to 22 months, loved it and played with it in many different ways. I love toys that also help my kids to learn and discover new things. This toy is perfect for that. By showing them how to press the goggle button to start the water flow, this teaches them cause and effect, on/off. The fact that each cup does something different encourages them to switch them up and discover new concepts like full/empty, heavy/light, and floating/sinking.
Yookidoo products can be bought at several different places, including Amazon.com and Toys ‘R’ Us. They also carry a variety of other toys I am sure your kids would love. Be sure to check out their website for more information. http://yookidoo.com/
Lastly, don’t forget to celebrate International Bath day, June 14. Maybe mix in a new bath toy as a way to make the day extra special and clean.
