All-natural and organic are the keywords that attract me to almost any product. I recently tried the Organic Baby Shampoo & Natural Baby Body Wash and the Hypoallergenic Lotion made by Dolphin Organics. I have both of them in Simply Citrus, which is a sweet scent that is not too strong or overwhelming.
It is important to me for body washes and lotions to be gentle on my daughter’s skin, and so I want products that are natural and do not have harsh chemicals that could cause more harm than good. The Simply Citrus Shampoo & Body Wash is tear-free, which is essential to the comfort level of any child getting a bath. It is made out of organic aloe leaf juice, and it leaves my daughter’s skin gentle to the touch and gives her hair that baby soft feel. Although the shampoo and body wash seems a little watery compared to others, it still lathers up nicely and gets the job done.
As for the Hypoallergenic Lotion, it also leaves my daughter’s skin soft and it too is made out of organic aloe leaf juice. The lotion is made with calendula flower, which makes it ideal for sensitive skin and rehydrates the body. The Hypoallergenic Lotion has been exactly what I have been looking for as the perfect after-bath lotion. Other lotions usually leave my daughter’s skin dry after she gets out of the tub, and so I am glad that I finally found the product to keep her skin smooth. I am going to continue using these products for my daughter, as well as my baby #2 when he is born.
The mild formula, made from citrus extracts, in both of the products seems specially made for kids with sensitive skin. Therefore, the shampoo and body wash and the lotion are excellent all-natural products for children of all skin types. I trust the products from Dolphin Organics because, as the bottles say, they are only made from ingredients that you find in nature. Right on the list of ingredients, it tells you which ones are organic and which ones are natural. There is also a column for artificial ingredients, which is totally empty! I do not come across too many organic products that are 100 percent, absolutely made with no artificial ingredients whatsoever. I don’t know about you, but that alone won me over!
