Exploring and Learning with Babymel Kids Backpack

Babymel brand is famous for their line of diaper bags that make the lives of parents on the go so much easier and convenient with style. I am excited to find out they just recently launched a new line of backpacks specifically for children 3 years and older. These bags are available in a variety of colourful designs, well suited for boys and girls. I was lucky to receive one of these Kids Single Backpacks to review.

When the package arrived with the backpack, my little boy was super excited as he enjoys opening presents and loves surprises. I allowed him to open the package, helping him a bit when he struggled. His eyes lit up when he took in the colorful design of the truck backpack. He immediately tried to put it on, but drowned in it, as it is not suited for his age. At first he was a bit down, but after some careful explanation on my part that I will keep it safe for him until he grows into it, he was all smiles and even helped me store it away safely at the top of his cupboard. However, before we put it away, he sat with me as I did a thorough investigation of the bag.

The backpack features adjustable, padded shoulder straps that ensure that the bag will sit snugly on your little one’s shoulders without hurting them. It provides them with comfort when they carry their things around in the bag. In addition, it also features a quilted back lining for added support.

As for storage space, it has one large pocket that enclosed via a zipper that has a cute star charm on it, which I think is a sweet touch. It also has an external, smaller pocket that features a Velcro closure, which I believe would be ideal to store any small items that you want your child to be able to access easily or even for small books if it is used as a school backpack. Another wonderful added feature is the external bottle storage; this allows your child to access their water/cool drink easily and prevents liquids damaging books or items in the bag.

One of my favorite features of this bag is that the material is phthalate free and that it includes wipe clean linings throughout the bag. This gives me peace of mind that my little boy will not be in contact with any harmful substances once he uses the bag and that I will be able to clean it easily after each use. It is also a very spacious little backpack compared to other bags on the market with enough space to carry a variety of items, without it weighing your little one down. It will be perfect for any outings you might have with your little one, teaching them to be more independent or you can use it as a school backpack for your little one – be it that he is going to day-care or preschool.

I will definitely recommend this bag to any parent who feels that their little one is in need of their own little bag to carry around with them as it offers you versatility, as they can use it to store many things – be it for playing, outings or going to school. It is also affordable and durable. My little boy is really looking forward to using his.
