I have recently baked my special homemade chicken legs with top secret special ingredients in my Fagor Halogen Tabletop Oven, and I’m just so blown away by how I was literally able to taste well the indescribably delicious blend of each of those ingredients in my chicken!
The flavours are just all there, and I doubt that I’d achieve the same taste for the chicken if not with my Halogen Tabletop Oven. Let me tell you how the Fagor Halogen Tabletop Oven works and why it’s awesome. It’s actually a type of convection oven, which can also be bizarrely called “fan oven”, or “fan-assisted oven”, simply because it has an internal fan which circulates heat around the food. This is unlike conventional ovens which make use of radiation to produce heat. If you have anything against radiation, I bet you’re already sold on the safer side with the convection oven! Now a convection oven’s internal fan distributes heat evenly, which makes all the portions of the food evenly cooked in less time. This convection heat method also makes the food retain its natural juices, flavour, and aroma.
Aside from baking meats, poultry, cakes and pastries, the Halogen can also steam, broil, grill, roast, and air fry! This amazing VERSATILITY is just so convenient for me since I would no longer have to deal with having multiple cooking appliances. The Halogen is just everything in one. I’m so excited to roast and broil some lovely steak dishes, as well as steam healthy vegetables with this. And along with SIMPLE OPERATION which shows simple dial controls for practical cooking, and a clear glass bowl for easy monitoring, the Halogen conveniently includes a very handy user manual which sets the temperature and cooking time guides for each type of food and cooking!
The Halogen is very convenient in any space because of its COMPACTNESS and PORTABILITY. It can be used in homes, dorms, and even recreational vehicles and boats. It also has a LARGE CAPACITY where you can cook different dishes together, as it includes two cooking racks with one lower and one higher. It’s capacity is up to 12 quarts, but it also includes a stainless steel extender ring which adds 5 more quarts to its cooking capacity. And yes, I can fit a large turkey in it! This capacity feature is great when cooking for a huge number of people, while it saves time too.
I’m a sucker for cooking with ENERGY EFFICIENCY, and the Halogen just fits the bill. It can cook 25 to 50% faster than conventional ovens do, and is up to 75% more energy efficient. Yup, I felt that my cooking took faster to finish without sacrificing the taste and doneness of my chicken. That saves me both time and utility expenses. And for QUALITY and SAFETY, the Halogen is ETL-approved.
And lastly, after all that meticulous preparation of ingredients and lovely cooking, the last thing I want is to do cleanup which tends to be way more difficult and less enjoyable than cooking. I’m glad that the Halogen provides for EASY CLEANING, since all I needed to clean was the bowl, and the racks if I’m ever using them both. They’re dishwasher-safe, and can also be washed by hand.
The Halogen Tabletop Oven also includes tongs, a non-stick metal frying pan, and a safety lid. I got more than all I ever wanted with this convection oven, and I’m really very excited to cook all my healthy appetizers, entrees, sides, breads, and desserts in there!
