Having a daughter and a son makes it difficult to find toys that both will enjoy. I have spent a countless amount of hours searching for a toy that my six year-old daughter and my 22 month-old son will both love, and I will admit, I am usually unsuccessful. I recently came across a new toy from the FurReal Friends Happy to See Me Pets that is called, “My Bouncin’ Pup Pet”. This toy is essentially a stuffed dog. At first I did not know if it would be a toy that my son would like because he had never liked stuffed animals. On the other hand, I knew my daughter would fall in love with this toy because she has always been a huge fan of stuffed animals. I was so glad to receive this toy as a sample.
As a mother, seeing my children light up over even the littlest things, like a new toy, puts the biggest smile on my face. My son loved how soft this stuffed puppy was, and he started to run around the house yelling, “Puppy Puppy, Mama” which made my heart melt. He had just started learning a few words and to hear him speak in such an excited tone, was a moment I will never forget. My daughter loved how active this stuffed puppy was and how it would bark every time she pet it. This toy became one of my daughter’s favorites because unlike her ordinary stuffed animals, this one made noise and was quite interactive.

My 6 year-old daughter did not think this toy to be childish or a so called “baby toy” as she likes to put it. My 22 month-old son laughed every time the stuffed puppy would move its head and jump and spin. My children have always loved animals and begged me for a puppy as soon as they saw our neighbor’s children had a puppy. When I received this interactive yet stuffed puppy, my children were satisfied with having this as their new puppy instead of an actual real-life puppy. It also helped because I told my daughter she would have to potty train a real puppy, just like we were trying to potty train her little brother. My daughter was always so annoyed at her little brother now knowing how to use the potty like she did, and was quite relieved that this was one puppy she did not have to potty train!
As a mother, providing my children with love and happiness is my top concern. As soon as I received this stuffed puppy, my children were quite happy. I highly recommend parents to check out this toy for their young children. It is so difficult to find a toy that all your children will love in this day and age. I was quite surprised when both my daughter and son fell in love with this interactive puppy, and I was even happier to see that my children were happy.

My daughter loves our dog Harley, I think she would absolutely have a blast with this toy puppy! I will have to look for it in stores while we do our Christmas shopping!
