It really can be hard to refrain from the temptation of eating unhealthy. Thankfully there is a duo who understands this. Andrea Donsky, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Randy Boyer both founders of “The Healthy Shopper” are making substitutes for some of the most popular junk-food snacks. The first time I heard about their website, was from a colleague of mine who was raving about the “healthy shopper coupon book” which enabled her to buy high quality natural and organic products with a fraction of what they cost.

This spring, The Healthy Shopper selected two every day snacks and swapped them for new fun snacks boasting clean and natural ingredients bursting with flavor for me to review.  These were Earth Balance P.B. Popps and Earth Balance Creamy Coconut and Peanut Spread.
