Hatley Girl’s Raincoat Review And Giveaway Ends 5/13 (US/CAN)

I recently went surfing on the web in search of a raincoat for my little one and stumbled upon a wonderful website called Hatley. Not only did I find an adorable raincoat, I actually found a website that could outfit one’s entire family! I was thrilled that I was sent one girl’s raincoat for review. When I received it, my daughter said “Wow”, yeah, it’s so cute. I wish I could have one for myself.

Though there were only three raincoats available for little girls now on their website, they were so darned darling that their limited selection didn’t bother me a bit. They reveal the most playful patterns and appear to be thoughtfully constructed with their soft cotton lining, designed for comfort, and their durable polyurethane shell, made for keeping out harsh elements. The prices are very comparable to most of the other raincoats that I’ve found elsewhere–other raincoats that I didn’t care for nearly as much!

The website, www.hatleystore.com is very user friendly. Unlike the limited raincoat selection, I found most of the site to have a very adequately stocked selection of clothing and accessories–all of which are entirely colorful and fun! The “Sale” section is nicely stocked as well with wonderful bargains!

I especially enjoyed learning about Hatley‘s “history” on the site. It’s a family owned and operated business that has been around for over two decades! There’s a wonderful story behind their “success” which all began with the mother’s artwork. When she displayed her work in a little gallery that they owned, her artwork flew right out the door. Delighted with her success (and her art) her husband decided to turn her paintings into print on fabric and started making aprons with it–which also flew out the door, setting things in motion for Hatley to become a full on clothing company. Be sure to read their “story” when you visit their site; it’s inspiring and heartwarming.
