Mohawk Rug Review And Giveaway

The Mohawk Annadale Area Rug is a beautiful rug which can really add some style to any room. The rug is manufactured in the USA to the highest possible quality and is both stain and fade resistant. The machine woven rug is approximately 5ft by 8ft, covering 40 square feet of floor area. It is 100% Olefin, with a polyester and latex mix backing. The manufacturer states that the Annadale pattern used in this rug is “inspired by the beautiful lost arts of the 19th century, stone and plaster ornamentations.”

On receiving the area rug for review, I was very happy with the overall design and appearance of the item. I think that the colors used were vibrant and the design was very striking. The Mohawk Annadale Area Rug was also available in a crimson color, but I was drawn to the black as I preferred the more classic look it offered. It was easy to tell that the rug had been woven from premium quality materials to produce a very high quality floor covering. However, the rug remained affordable in price and I think for the quality, it presents excellent value for money. The Mohawk brand is, for me, one of the most recognized and trusted brands and this particular rug really lived up to that reputation in terms of quality, value and style.

One of the huge selling points of this particular rug is that it is stain and fade resistant. With a young child in the house, spillages and accidents can be a semi regular occurrence. Knowing that the rug would not stain gave me additional peace of mind. On the occasions when my daughter did leave a mess on the rug either from a juice drink or from paints or craft materials, I found the rug very easy to clean. The rug cannot be dry cleaned but can be vacuumed and spot cleaned as required and will come up looking like new. The fade resistance was also an attractive feature, as the rug was being used in my family home and experienced a great deal of foot traffic. However, even after the rug had been in place for a long period of time, it still looked as good as the day it was received.

Overall I was impressed by the quality of the Mohawk Annadale Area Rug. It was machine manufactured to a high standard using top quality materials. The rug not only looked great, but it was durable and easy to clean. I would recommend this rug to bring some style to any family home.
