Please help me on a pair of Okab shoes. I purchased in Tenn.
They have a rip in the rubber on one side. I have only worn them 2 times. I also have another pair and have not had any trouble with these. The name of the shoe is ALICE.
Please tell me what I can do.
I sent a complaint in earlier and have had on response from any one.
