I was sent a Perfect Color by Paula Dorf Cosmetics to review, however even though I was sent a free item, all opinions expressed are truly my own.

I had never heard of Paula Dorf Cosmetics before, so I looked her up on the internet. Paula was the lead makeup artist on album covers, music videos, and films during the 1980s and 1990s in New York City. Paula is famous for unique “trick” products that offer solutions to every woman’s makeup concerns, such as Transformer® (from eye shadow to liquid liner), Perfect Illusion® for lips (ends feathering lips), Perfect Illusion® for eyes (smooths skin), Perfect Primer® (keeps foundation fresh), Enhancer® baby eyes (brightens eyes) and Clean-Up Stick® (erases makeup mistakes).  She created a high quality, long-wearing, easy to use color cosmetic line that is designed for every woman. The above picture shows the Ecstasy Perfect Color on my eyes, cheeks and lips.  I don’t usually wear blush, but I really like how subtle the color came out; just enough to add a nice color to my cheeks, but not too much to make me look like a clown. I also like the pretty pink color on my lips.

This is a closer look with my eyes closed.  You can see the pretty pink color on my eyelids.  You also get a better view of my cheeks and lips.  It wasn’t as easy to apply on my lips as normal lipstick because it doesn’t have that lipstick shape, but I was able to get it on after a couple tries. However, it was very easy to apply to my cheeks, and I just used a Qtip to apply it to my eyelids.

This would be great to carry in my purse and use it if I needed any touch-ups during the day.
