When you wear Savannah Bee beauty products, you are close to nature—in more ways than one. The first item I tried out of my sample package was the Natural Beeswax Lip Balm. If you are like me, you need to keep a lip balm everywhere—in the car, in your purse, in your desk, at the gym, by your bed, and, well, you get the picture. My go-to lip balm for years was also beeswax based. However, the Savannah Bee Natural Beeswax Lip Balm has me looking to make the switch. The flavor is noticeable but not overpowering—this is nothing like the typical teenage lip balms you might find at the drug store. It wears light and lasts for a long time, making it ideal for those who constantly reapply, such as myself.
From there, I decided to try out the other lip wear items—the Mint Blossom Beeswax Lip Gloss and the Natural Beeswax Lip Tint in Peach Blossom Shimmer. Both of these items provided the perfect hint of color that I desire to enhance my natural look. I am not one who likes wearing a full face of make-up. Foundation is rarely worn, even on special occasions and lipstick is treated the same. However, a shimmery lip gloss with just a kiss of color or a barely there, long-lasting lip tint? Both are right up my alley. These two items are the perfect addition to my make-up arsenal—light, easy, and natural.
The last three items, I saved for my “me” time of the day—my bath time. As a mother, it is one of the scarce moments I get to myself each day, and it is quite treasured. Plus, having new products to try out makes it even just that much better.
The first item I tried was the Savannah Bee Royal Jelly and Propolis Shampoo and Conditioner. Both smelled like heaven. The shampoo left my hair feeling squeaky clean while the conditioner left it soft and smooth. My hair felt and looked healthier after use. The Honey Body Wash was just as special—a real treat for the senses. The fragrance was just strong enough to loose myself in without becoming overpowering and the wash itself is silky-smooth and light. After my bath, I applied their Tupelo Body Lotion. My skin was soft, smooth, and smelled wonderful. All together, it made for the most luxurious bath time I have had in a while.
