My one-year old was thrilled to help me review the Hello Kitty Cutie Boot

The boots arrived and I could not believe how cute they were in person. I could not wait to place them on my daughter’s feet–and when I did, I was so excited that she could actually fit in a rain boot! With small baby feet, we’ve had trouble finding a boot that fits her properly. Thankfully, Western Chief Kids carries a toddler size 5 and I don’t have to worry about her feet getting wet in the rain or splashing at our water table! While Western Chief does not have a size chart on their site, I found that the ones we reviewed ran true-to-size.

The boots are a great height so they protect a lot of her leg and pants from water. I imagine that the boot straps would be a great aid to independent toddlers and youth who like to put their shoes on by themselves. The traction on the soles of the boots are very sturdy and would keep your child afloat in even the slickest situations. Best of all, these adorable boots seem to be very comfortable–my daughter kept them on for a few hours at a time without complaint.

I know that she will grow out of these boots by next year but you can be sure that I will be visiting Western Chief to buy replacements! I might even be tempted by their coordinating umbrellas and raincoats.
